Vendor Winter Farmers Market
The 2021-2022 Winter Market extends the farmers market season and increases the availability of fresh produce and other local products to the Gahanna community throughout the year.
Submission of your application does not guarantee participation in the Make Gahanna Yours Winters Farmers Market (the Market). Your admission to the Market will be considered based on product diversity (individual and market) and available space, among other factors. Decisions made by the Market shall be final. The Market Manager will reach out to you as quickly as they are able, most likely within 3 to 5 business days, and confirm you as an approved vendor at the Market. Decisions made by the Market shall be final.

WINTER MARKET RENT:
All vendors pay a daily fee of $20 for a single stall. There is also a $100 discounted rate to sign for a single space at all 6 Winter Markets.

Due to a limited number of spaces, preference will be given to returning vendors that have participated in the Summer Gahanna Farmers Market. For returning vendors to ensure a spot, please submit your application and fee by October 22nd. After that, the market will admit new vendors based on quality, location and uniqueness of product. The market seeks to maintain a balance of all products: produce, meat, baked goods, processed products, dairy, plants, and arts/crafts. The market manager reserves the right to select vendors based on these criteria, with guidance provided by the Make Gahanna Yours’ market advisory committee.
Continuing vendors: For vendors continuing from the summer season there is no need to resubmit copies of your licensing, because the market already has these on file. Please check which licenses you have already provided to the market on the appropriate lines below.
New vendors: Depending on the product(s) you sell, you must attach a copy(s) of all applicable permits, certifications and/or licenses required by the applicable municipal law or State of Ohio.
